ONIX110 is the entry level GPS navigation system from Bushnell. It is not for driving directions though, it is for helping you from getting lost in the wilderness.
With its built-in memory to store 100 waypoints and 50 routes it should be enough to get you back to where you started, and with its IPX6 water resistant standard things should be OK even if you cross small streams on your way.
Here are more specs of the ONIX110.
- Large, easy to read 2.6″ LCD Screen
- 20-channel SiRF Star III GPS reveiver
- Four user navigation modes including sport training logs
- Water resistant - IPX6 Standard
- Rugged rubber armor
- Travel and trip data logs
- 128MB user memory
- USB & COM interface with PC companion software
- Rechargeable Li-Ion battery
- US and Canada base map
- Saves 1,000 waypoints & 50 routes
- USB port (cable included)
- Dimensions: 166mm (h) x 66mm (w) x 25mm (d)
You may not be used to seeing monochrome screens these days, but it is for a good reason. ONIX110 only costs about $150 or more expensive here.
