A distributor of the Pocketsurfer2 threw down this challenge at this years IFA: let’s race opening a web page, if you are victorious, you get a Pocketsurfer free. The distributor was not aware of anyone who took home a free unit.
The shirt-pocketable web surfer unit isn’t expensive ($310) runs on GPRS and has GPS. The manufacturer says it loads web pages in under 7 seconds. It features a full qwerty keyboard, internal antenna, and full graphic web on its widescreen layout. (more…)
